Associate Director - Supply Chain Consulting - Advisory Firm

We are looking for Associate Director(AD) - Supply Chain, Delivering end to end consulting - design to implementation for clients.

JOB ROLE:

- The Management Consulting team is looking to hire an AD in the Consumer markets and Industrial Products domain, with experience in Consulting and/or leading companies in the consumer markets sector, in the areas of supply chain management, specifically in Planning (Demand Planning/Forecasting and Demand-Supply match) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes unit documentation such as the Process Manual updating.

The individual will require to:

- Manage a project team driving solution thinking.

- Drive 3-4 member team P&L by monitoring billing, fee collection, controlling project expenses etc.

- Mine existing clients for additional business opportunities and drive aggressive sales efforts

- Drive Knowledge Management whilst mentoring & developing young consultants.

The candidate must have:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

- Good interpersonal skills

- Ability to supervise and motivate the team members

- Demonstrated experience in delivering improvements in key O2C KPI's including DSO, FTE productivity, Customer Satisfaction & Experience, Invoice & Collections etc.

- A working knowledge of quantitative analysis techniques using excel/pivots and any other analytical software tools.

- Hands on knowledge of running Order-to-Cash technology modules (SAP, Oracle, i2, JDA, Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, or any other cloud-based applications) will be a strong added advantage

- Experience in working with C level executive clients
