Associate Director - Structures - Infrastructure Consulting Firm

Our client is one of the world's largest infrastructure consulting firm with a significant workforce in India. They have operations today in over 20 countries and have projects in over 100 countries. This position is a part of the India office supporting their global projects.

Reporting to the Group Director you will be responsible for - 

- Working with clients and other Engineers to manage a variety projects. You will be informing and supporting the building design aspirations, functionality and architectural form throughout the design process

- Setting a strong example of client care and general consultancy on domestic and international projects and support your team of Engineers and Graduates to do the same.

- Maintaining responsibility for the financial performance of your projects, ensuring timely delivery of high quality design.

- Participating in and ensuring delivery of the process of high-level project technical/quality reviews of specifications, reports and drawings produced by the team.

- Managing relationships with internal and external clients, Engineers and other stakeholders. Utilising opportunities to further work and win new commissions.

- Sharing knowledge both within the structural engineering team and on a wider basis.

The ideal candidate will have a ME degree in Structural/Civil Engineering with about 15-25 years of experience in the structural design industry. You should have a team management experience of at least 5 years managing at least 10-15 people. You should very good communication skills and experience in having dealt with clients directly.
