Associate Director - Strategy & NPI

- Lead the formulation of Long Term & Mid-Term business strategy for India to drive the base business with market beating growth.

- Engage with external partners and agencies to get market insights and intelligence.

- Evaluate market size, competitor accomplishments, industry structures, interpret trends and anticipate the impact, prepare mitigation plans to accommodate business changes while meeting the overall goals of the organization.

- Compile industry trends, market size, competition overview as required to facilitate strategic and operating decisions.

- Partner with country leadership team to identify and triage business development and growth opportunities.

- Developing strategic ideas or proposals to make a company successful and increase revenue

- Leads and manages business development / strategic partnership projects to Supplement/accelerate the growth of the business

- Work with Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing and Sales heads to identify and develop business case for NPI pipeline.

- Work closely with Regulatory affairs to assess business risk and impact on NPI pipeline.

- Drive the execution of Product development by creating a project plan and ensure compliance to time, cost and quality.

- Facilitate and ensure on time delivery of new product pipeline, monitor quality and commercial performance parameters to meet the business strategy and growth plans.
