Associate Director - Strategy - FinTech

We are recruiting Associate Director leading Fintech to Define customer segments for the firm and help in pricing strategy.

- Come up with new initiatives to continuously improve revenue per transaction

- Develop and build capabilities to improve pricing levers

- The candidate must demonstrate a combination of strong business acumen.

- Responsible for maximizing earnings.

- Directs the development of effective pricing strategies with different areas of the company

- Provides overall direction by analysing business objectives and customer needs

- Liaison with lending partners to structure financial products to increase NIM, reduce risk

- Develop and build capabilities to improve pricing levers to increase contribution margin for the firm

Basic Qualifications :

- IIT + IIM/ISB / B schools

- 2-5 years of Pricing and Strategy experience.
