Associate Director - Strategy (1 Year Contract)

1. Excellent Functional knowledge of Sales & Marketing areas e.g. Brand Performance Improvement, New Product Launches, Go-to-Market, New Market Entry, Sales Force Effectiveness in Pharma or FMCG domain

2. Knowledge of Product Portfolio Management and New Product Development in Pharma or FMCG domain

3. Ability to leverage Lean Business System Best Practices and trends across Industries for Pharma Sales and Marketing and Office settings

4) Capability to lead business process improvement engagements using lean tools and effectively manage change

5) Ensuring identification, quantification and realization of benefits by Lean interventions

Candidates would be expected to lead independently /minimal supervision:

1) Facilitate above business functions in Lean Journey by managing and coordinating lean interventions

2) Drive Implementation of Strategy Deployment Process (SDP) and effective Review Mechanism

3) Understand business processes in above functional areas and facilitate conceptualization and creation of new and superior processes using lean tools like VSM

4) Drive and Facilitate Implementation of Lean Daily Management, Problem Solving Techniques

5) Ensure Business Process Improvement, Change Management and Benefit Realization by Lean interventions

6) Facilitate Ideation, Collaboration and Knowledge Management for Lean Business Systems to enhance business capabilities
