Associate Director - Statutory Audit - CA Firm

We are currently retained by leading CA Firm to hire for Statutory Audit role.

Would require some experience in Statutory Audit in articleship / post articleship

Role & Responsibilities Synopsis:

- Work with the Audit Team to execute Statutory Audit related services for clients

- Work with the Audit practice to execute Statutory Audit/ Indian GAAP/ IFRS/ US GAAP accounting services and related services for clients

- Be a part of team in large assignments and might have to lead small / medium audit teams

- Organize seminars and preside as speaker at seminars/conclaves

- Have complete understanding and exposure of Companies Act 2013, Accounting standards, Auditing standards, Tax laws, IFRS and US GAAP

- Ensure roles and responsibilities are identified for the team and an active role in interviewing and selecting candidates
