Position Overview: As the Associate Director for Statutory Audit, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the statutory audit function within the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire audit process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, managing a team of auditors, and providing strategic insights to enhance the financial integrity and transparency of the organization's operations.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of experience in auditing, with progressively increasing responsibilities and a strong background in statutory audits, Accounting principles, Auditing standards and regulatory requirements..

- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Proficient in using audit software, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

- Experience in managing and leading audit teams.
