Role and Responsibilities :

- This position will have the responsibility for staffing and leading IT service delivery teams for internal and client engagements.

- We are looking for a seasoned hands-on leader who has recruited, mentored, and managed teams to build a variety of Financial and Business Intelligence applications.

- Responsibilities will include managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal & external facing business applications and database systems.

- This is a highly strategic, key technology and team leadership position in the company. This will position will report to the Vice President for Software & Infrastructure in India.

Professional Skills & Experience :

- Excellent communications skills suitable for team management

- Demonstrated track record of meeting aggressive goals and commitments

- Knowledge of Staffing or other service industry is a plus. Knowledge of healthcare business services is desirable as well

- Skills managing full life cycle activities including requirements, documentation, training, and support

Technical Skills & Experience :

- Deep technical knowledge of various web and mobile applications technologies and frameworks

- Prior hands-on experience developing and managing web and mobile business applications is required (preferably in Java, PHP, LAMP stack)

- Broad technical background and knowledge of contemporary tools, best practices in application development and management life cycles

- Strong database design and implementation skills

- Experience with proven software development approaches such as agile or similar methodology

Education & Experience Requirements :

- Technical undergraduate education B.Tech or more advanced from a top tier university in India or US

- The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of progressive IT development and leadership experience in dynamic high growth environment

- Should have managed complex systems implementation projects with depth of experience in application development & management

- Prior work experience in US or working for subsidiaries of US companies is highly desirable
