About Company: Our client is the world's largest media investment company.

About role:

- In this role, we are looking for excellent understanding of all Social Media Platforms. Knowledge of media strategy, planning options and the media role in integrated communication. Own the strategy, execution of Paid Social media campaigns Across facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest.

- This team is responsible for delivering international solutions, particularly in APAC & EMEA, with some global influence. You will enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and will hold a 'can do' attitude with the passion to learn and grow.

What your day job looks like:

- Develop strong relationships with counterparts in regional teams (Europe, U.S., Asia)

- Lead the training and growth of your local Search team

- Enforce Search best practices with a focus on platform expertise, consistency, and quality of work delivery

- Be accountable for consistent work delivery to GroupM-Hub regional teams by ensuring a high quality of output

- Serve as point of escalation for your channel and take ownership of resolving challenges

- Provide career development and coaching for your Search team

- Line manage 2-5 direct reports with as many as 10 indirect reports

- Provide timely and actionable feedback to the team to aid in their development, improvement, and progress. Provide awareness and recognition for jobs well done

- Provide support to the Delhi Lead in capacity planning & resource management for the team

- Present strong and effective communication across all levels

What you'll bring:

- You are proficient in English

- You have experience managing multi-location media activation teams

- You have experience training and maintaining quality standards at scale

- You have experience providing service to local teams from a centralized location

- You have a passion for everything digital, with an active interest and understanding of online advertising industry trends

- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Minimum qualifications:

- 8+ year's professional experience in digital media execution

- You are a Google Ads and SA360 expert

- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
