Job Designation : Associate Director - Social Media Marketing
Responsibilities :
- Lead the social media marketing team
- Develop the social media strategy, roadmap & plans aligned to business goals
- Drive visibility, engagement, reach and organic growth of all brand social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook
- Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns, calendar, publishing and ensure brand consistency
- Work closely with brand marketing, PR, SEO, content marketing, product team for various key initiatives
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, current social/digital trends including regular competitor analysis to improve our social presence and engagement
- Strategize, and execute paid social advertising for SkillUp (freemium SKU)
Requirements/skills :
- Degree in journalism, communications, marketing or a related field
- Demonstrable 5-8 years of social media experience with a proven track record of success and a deep knowledge of social platforms
- Passion for creating social-first content, with an ability to think strategically about creative content and implement on a tactical level
- Understanding of digital marketing best practices, including content management, brand voice, buyers' journey and customer personas
- Familiarity running paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
