Associate Director - Skill Development & Livelihood

- Identify and develop a database of implementation partner across strategic communities and interest.

- Conceptualise and design program, work with internal monitoring, evaluation to articulate the idea for intervention along with a result framework.

- Maintain, analysis and present value added reports that identifies status and progress across all projects.

- Managing leadership reviews and partner reviews on project.

- Develop deep and meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
