Associate Director/Senior Manager- Sales

Location: Mumbai

As a member of our client's team, we are looking for crazy tribes, the misfits and the rebels. The one who see things differently and enjoys the sting of battles; is passionate about growing clients business in the market - given the unique strengths the client possess; understands the competition landscape and partner eco-system; is a natural collaborator; is comfortable establishing relationships and engagements across the client's hierarchy - from CIO/CTO right up to the board of directors; is ever positive and does not understand what is giving up; is invigorated every day about the vision of establishing the future of our client.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Enterprise Solution Sales, Business Development and Account Management in diversified IT industries. Anchored successful initiatives in the emerging trends like SaaS, PaaS, Digital Transformation, IoT, Augmented Reality, Automation

- Will drive new customer acquisitions and will be hunting new logos by developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.

- Identify and close sales opportunities.

- Manage Key Enterprise Accounts with multi-year revenue plan for business

- Forecast sales closures accurately based upon realistic opportunity assessments.

- Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects

- accountable for revenue results and conducts rigorous account planning and management and works with accounts to drive relationships across the clients.

- Own the business development/pursuit process and generate Revenue month on month from the accounts.

- Bid Management

- Strategic partnership and alliance

- competition mapping, market intelligence and market share.

- Sales strategy

- People management

- Proposal presentations

- Stake holder management

- Personal and business maturity that leads to confident and rational business decisions.

- Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness to develop well-planned strategies and achieve goals within tight timelines

- Ability to manage a demanding workload, balance multiple tasks and switch gears while maintaining priorities.

- Ability to develop strong relationships to build either an industry or functional network.

- Negotiation skills, resource stewardship and an ability to handle chaos.

- Excellent communication skills; speaking, writing, listening. Articulate and persuasive; can communicate difficult and complex matters in a straightforward, transparent manner.

- Strong organizational, analytical, detailed planning and project management skills.

- Ability to maintain professionalism and honesty while building credibility, trust, and respect with both internal and external clients and customers.

- Ability to grasp concepts quickly, think beyond traditional methods to exceed client's expectations.

- Ability to work with the leagues of CXOs.

Qualification:

BE/ BTech/ MBA/PGDM from a reputed B-School / T-School

Experience Bandwidth:

- 8-10 years experience of selling software solutions and enterprise account management. The incumbent should exposer in either of the domain- Banking/ insurance/ media/ manufacturing/ Analytic.
