Role Overview :

In your role as Associate Director for Product, you will be reporting into the business head for the White Label Business.

- Your key responsibility is to drive enrolments for the set of courses that you will be managing. You will also be responsible for discovering market opportunities, develop new courses to address these opportunities, bringing them to market and drive enrolments. You will work with the other teams to deliver on these responsibilities. We have specialized teams for course development, course marketing, course enrolments and course delivery.

- You will be seen to be succeeding in your role if you are able to demonstrate growth of enrolments in the set of courses you manage, discover large market opportunities and then build and offer courses for this opportunity. We expect enrolments to scale rapidly and high learning impact.

- We're currently expanding our course footprint in the machine leaning, cloud computing, cybersecurity, IOT, clean tech segments. We- re looking to launch courses on these topics shortly which will have global market appeal. These would be your first few responsibilities.

Your Role:

- Discover global market opportunity for courses: Through understanding trends in the learning market, understanding the offerings of our existing University partners, discovering new University partners who we can partner for courses

- Building new courses/upgrading existing courses with price, markets, value-proposition, differentiators

- Driving enrolments for these courses by working closely with marketing and sales teams

- Managing multiple course-level P&Ls with revenue responsibility of USD 15 - 20 Million

Your Skills and Qualification :

- Product Re/Launches: Experience of products launched and their market fit/revenues

- Scaling: Experience of scaling a product by identifying under-served market opportunities

- Sales & Marketing: Experience of driving sales & marketing for products with revenue goals

- Innovation/Collaboration: Examples of having driven innovative projects to success by working with diverse teams
