This role is with a Customer of mine who are an IT SERVICES firm HQ at CA - USA. The job location would be at their ODC - Bangalore. LOCAL APPLICANTS ONLY. Applicants from IT SERVICES firms (US BASED ODC) are preferred. SUMMARY :&nbsp;Manage the flow of a workplace and optimize day-to-day activities. The role involves tasks like analyzing business operations and identifying customer needs in order to bring them together. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Strategy: - To create, develop and maintain a pool of talents for project &amp; account demand fulfillment and allocation to billable roles. Delivery Management :&nbsp; - Ensure company's 'Value Proposition' is delivered at all times - Ensure all associates gets allocated to billable roles - Demand tracking and ensuring fulfillment for the accounts and projects by working with options within the available pool, roll offs, proactive hiring - Ensure Operations team work closely with the recruitment team and enable them to create resource pipeline for any adhoc or planned ramp ups in accounts - Ensure Operation Excellence &amp; Operation Efficiency - Operations team to take the ownership to ensure all associates, including new joinees (within 2 weeks of their joining) in the group updates their Skill profile and CV. - Ensure Operations Metrics Dashboard creation &amp; Maintenance: Effective reporting / data analysis around all demands, status in terms of fulfillment, challenges if any - Ensure Resource Development, Resource Fulfillment &amp; Bench Management: Resource Forecast &amp; Demand - Supply management Ensure Resource Optimization : - Ensures Operations team serve as an advisor to associates around their personal development, understanding career goals of associates, and ensuring their development needs are being addressed as part of the deployment process - Ensuring training needs for bench associates/as per demand are addressed. Financial Planning :&nbsp; - Effective bench management, and control on bench cost, leave management / utilization - Meet or beat planned deal profit margins - Meet or beat planned client margins (account level) - Pre Deal Operations - Opportunity identification, Vendor registration, Signing up NDA, Proposal Evaluation, Pricing and Margin review, MSA review and negotiation along with finance, SOW review and Key point identification. - Customer operations - Deal closure and documentation completion, Project code administration, Project expense control, Periodic review of project health, Arresting Revenue leakage - look out for additional effort, CRs, Billing. Governance :&nbsp; - Develop processes that meet business needs across the organization. - Develop standards and procedures for business operations. - Develop business plan and strategies to meet operational requirements. - Manage hiring, training, appraisals and promotions for staff. - Define business operating and financial objectives. - Identify, track and analyze key metrics for the business unit. - Assist in design and implementation of business workflows and procedures. - Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase business efficiency. - Coordinate with stakeholders and management in integrating business processes throughout the organization. - Analyze business operational results and provide recommendations for improvements. - Provide guidance and training to associates in business operations. Client Engagement and Satisfaction :&nbsp; - Achieve CSAT targets for the clients - Develop a strategic and operational understanding of the client's business, domain of operations and requirements in totality Implementation :&nbsp;To manage the day to day operations of Project systems ensuring that planning. Supply Management :&nbsp;To smoothly manager the project allocation &amp; deallocation. Service :&nbsp; To organise and implement servicing and support of all systems to agreed service level standards. In particular: - To ensure training is provided on any new tools that may be introduced; - To monitor take up and use by staff and stakeholders; - To provide remedial support where necessary; People Management (Project Specific) :&nbsp; - To line manage and develop the team, working with them to plan and prioritise their workloads, set objectives, conduct appraisals and supported to continually improve their performance and results. - Assess the competencies available in the team and pro-actively build the required competency levels for the growth of the client account - Build the team, set performance expectations, evaluate performance and guide the team to exceed expectations - Coach, develop and motivate the team to meet and exceed performance expectations - Build a high performance culture - Identify and develop potential Project Managers Business continuity :&nbsp; To develop and maintain the Major Incident &amp; Business Continuity plan for Projects and to implement measures designed to safeguard the Information Technology and Management needs of the Foundation in the event of major incidents or disasters.
