Key Result Areas:
- Enhance Employee engagement - be the culture custodian & well being advocate for the associates
- Identify development opportunities across the company
- Program manage Social Engagement & Activities - which enhance engagement & reduce burnout
- Overseeing the development and implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs that align with the organization's values and goals and have a positive impact on the community.
- Boost innovation & work on increasing engagement despite / inspite of hybrid work
Person Profile:
- A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a HR COE role.
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, managers, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful CSR and Wellness initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
