Associate Director/ Sr. Manager - Audit

- Establish risk based audit programs

- Responsible for executing client related engagements in the areas of governance, risk and compliance (GRC), internal audits, process reviews, standard operating procedures, enterprise risk management, revenue assurance & SOX.

- Conduct audit testing of specified area and identify report able issues and dimension of risk

- Determine compliance with policies and procedures.

- Identify buyers, influence's and stakeholders in existing client engagements and build strong relationships.

- To manage Statutory, Tax, Internal, Risk & Management Audit

- To manage and guide the team of chartered accountant.

- Plan the audit, prepare the audit program & lead the allocated team (junior CA and / or Articles) for execution of the same;

- Supervise the Audit team for timely completion of assignments;

- Review and participate in the documentation of the work carried out and finalize findings, after mutual discussion with the team;

- To review and finalization the audit assignments with the prior discussion with senior management.

- Analysis & review of financial statements and evaluation of internal control system for carrying out Internal Audits / Process Reviews;

- Create / suggest modifications for the improvement of such Standard Operating.

- Draft and present Internal Audit and Management audit reports.

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

- CA with 7-10 years of varied experience across industries and independently manage Internal, Risk, Management, statutory and tax audits of large to mid-size listed, unlisted companies.

- Should be able to lead full scale project plans and execution.

- Should possess capabilities of directly reporting to Partner confidently.

- Should possess sound technical capabilities and willing to travel to national offices/locations.

- Should imbibe the Firms culture and approach of work in quick time

- Consistent display of leadership skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Should have huge project management experience

- Have the ability to engage external stakeholders

- Should have a strong marketing bent of mind

- Entrepreneurial in nature
