- Rich experience in ERP Project Management, SAP FICO & S/4HANA Finance Consulting involving End to End Implementations, Country Template Roll Outs, Migrations & Functional Support.
- Lead the S/4HANA Finance & GST initiative on SAP - Responsible for Go to Market Strategy, leading customer proposals, partner strategy and Innovations
- Proficiency in SAP Pre-Sales, RFP Responses, solution workshops & prototypes for customer Demo.
- Customer Engagement right from - Concept Initiation stage- till - IT strategy & road map design
- Handled multi location SAP Implementations and large managed support engagements.
- Account Management exposure - Client partnership and relationship, manage P&L, Business development, Client Visits, working with Delivery Excellence and Quality teams, BCP, Auditing and multiple practices.
- Experience in setting up Offshore Delivery Centres right from Infrastructure set up, Planning, Resource ramp up, Transition, execution and finally leading to successful delivery of multiple projects
Delivery Management
Executing projects involving scoping, initiating, high level design & architecture, resource mobilization, execution within cost & time parameters
Manage relationship with project stakeholders, including internal and external. Keeping stakeholders informed on progress and issues in order to manage expectations of project deliverables
Ensure proper governance model is in place through the project delivery
Defining best practices for project delivery methods, approach, documentation and support
Maintaining balanced relationship among project budget, staffing mix and project milestones while defining work plans, resource plans and schedules
Analyze risks, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action
Expertise in project evaluation on metrics such as - Schedule & Effort/Cost variance-, - Resource utilization or productivity-, - Quality & Customer satisfaction- & - Project Margins- etc.
Determine what constitutes successful closure for all parties. Gain acceptance and sign -off from all stakeholders when closure is attained

Map Business Requirements and undertaking Quick Gap Analysis
Understand business process, study and analyze workflow to design solutions (As-Is and To-Be)
Conduct Fit/Gap Analysis, Assess Scope of studies and suggest solutions - Design & configure, develop, test, validate & document processes in SAP - Design Master Data Strategy
