Job Summary :

- As Associate Director-Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in company's Mission to 'Connect global remote working opportunities with top Indian talent' by having the exciting and important responsibility to establish and lead our software staff augmentation team.


- This role is for someone looking to create an impact by way of using a problem-solving and data-driven approach to build and scale a high-performing sales team. Over the next 3 years, our aim is to 2X our revenue each year.


- You'll work closely with our leadership team and will be responsible for ensuring our software sales team consistently exceeds their targets.


- This position is full-time and remote within India. You need to visit our HQ in Ahmedabad on need-basis for business meetings & you'll definitely enjoy our quarterly and yearly offsites at interesting locations in India where our leadership team grabs a great opportunity to connect with each other, work together and have fun.

You will be working on :

- Designing & implementing sales strategy & plan for net new business acquisition by prospecting, converting & onboarding new customers.

- Accountable for net new business revenue targets and making sure the entire team meets their targets as an individual & teams both.

- Build, lead and manage a team of A+ remote Sales Consultants & SDRs.

- Motivate individuals and team to exceed goals through coaching, training & mentoring.

- Proactively identify, recruit and hire top talent to build a team of top performers.

- Help create a fun, high energy work environment.

- Overseas and monitor the effective use of our CRM tools & processes.

- Effective report on team & individual performance, metrics and KPI.

- Understand & leverage data, a strong bias towards execution at speed and strong collaboration skills to work with different teams and achieve desired results.

- Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategies

We are looking for :

- 8 to 12 years of of hands on experience in International Sales (Preferably US market).

- Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams.

- Experience closing mid-market & enterprise deals.

- Strong experience & expertise in Software Sales, Staff Augmentation or IT Staffing.

- Experience being adaptable while working with high growth, fast paced or start-up environment.

- High degree of ownership, perseverance, and a go getter attitude

- Willing and open for international travel as and when required.

- Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
