Job Description :
1. Drive the Revenue quota for the geography
- Handle a revenue quota of 3 to 5 million USD for the US market
- On-board Mid-market customers via Inbound and Outbound Sales channel
2. Build a High-performing sales team
- Coaching and mentoring the existing sales team
- Adding more Account Executives to the current team
3. Process management
- Identifying existing gaps (sales tools, skills, knowledge, etc.) and partner with Sales enablement to enhance the sales process
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams
The Successful Applicant :
- 10+ years of experience with demonstrated impact in Sales
- Experience in building and managing high-performance sales teams for at least 2 years
- Minimum 4 years of recent experience in B2B Saas sales
- Excellent communication and articulation skills
- Work Experience - Sales experience preferred with an emphasis on on Technology SaaS
- Passion for understanding technology and technical products
