Associate Director - SAAS Sales
- Our Client is a Unique company- a Combination of Consulting bolstered by SAAS products - which are sold independently as well as part of Consulting solutions
- The Company is expanding rapidly and already has close to 250 Consultants in India, US, Middle East
- The role can be based in Bangalore, Mumbai or Gurgaon- depending on the candidate preference
Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building strong relationships with customers, and working closely with the product development team to improve our offerings.
Key Result Areas:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and target potential customers in India, US, and Middle East markets.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the product development team to improve our offerings and tailor them to customer needs.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with customers.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to management.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with market trends.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in SAAS sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
