Key Responsibilities :
1. Enterprise Sales Leadership : Drive the enterprise sales strategy, ensuring alignment with
overall business objectives. Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets and expand
market share.
2. Technical Acumen : Leverage engineering background to comprehend and effectively
communicate technical aspects of SingleInterface's solutions to potential clients.
3. Strategic Vision : Contribute to the development and execution of long-term business
strategies. Identify new opportunities for growth, ensuring the company's competitiveness
in the market.
4. Ownership Mentality : Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability for sales
performance and client satisfaction.
5. Scalability and Stability : Apply extensive experience in navigating and addressing challenges
related to scalability and stability within enterprise-level sales environments.
6. CXO Level Engagement : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with CXO level
executives. Utilize existing network and establish new connections to drive business
development.
7. Communication Skills : Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to
effectively convey complex ideas and solutions to clients and internal teams.
8. Team Management : Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a
collaborative and results-oriented culture.
Qualifying Criteria :
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Preferred).
2. MBA from a reputable institution.
3. 10-15 years of progressive experience in enterprise sales.
4. Proven success in sales leadership roles, particularly in the SaaS (minimum 2 Years) or technology sector.
5. Strong understanding of location data management and digital presence solutions (Preferred).
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Demonstrated ability to navigate and excel in a dynamic and rapidly evolving business landscape.
