About the role:

This role will be responsible for leading offline sales channel PAN India. This role develops, communicates and executes on specific sales strategies to meet sales and organizational objectives. It also involves building and managing a team of young and talented sales professionals as well as maintaining client relationships with the existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Management:

- Take ownership of business goals, provide sales leadership and vision for business growth by directing the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the team.

- Responsible for setting business and account strategies, and meeting assigned financial targets.

- Increase distribution reach in ultra-HNI, family office and corporate segments by adding new direct clients across existing and new cities Aggressively ramp-up direct relationships with family offices and corporate promoters. Focus on adding large ticket-size clients.

- Exceed customer expectations by anticipating needs and communicating the value and benefits of our complete solution offering.

- Ensure customers and prospects understand the total solution value. Develop and maintain close customer relationships using appropriate organizational tools and processes.

- Establish and nurture new relationships at all levels of the customer organization through line of business and C level executives to close orders.

- Handle MIS and reports for the business to help management on the development of sales.

Team Management:

- Provides direction, development and inspiration to team members and builds a team of highly capable and results-driven Account Managers and Sales Professionals

- Manages the hiring, staffing, developing, training, engaging and maintaining of a diverse and productive workforce.

- Maintains market and competitor intelligence and develop proactive strategies to maintain the Company's competitiveness.
