Job Responsibilities:
- Finding new business partners & signing long term business contracts with them
- Identifying and networking with prospective clients; generating business from existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
- Analyzing marketing trends and tracking competitors- activities and providing valuable feedback for product and fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
- Meeting the Clients & taking the requirements. Conducting Pre Production meet & post production meet.
- Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients. Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
- Responsible for entire Set up & Show running. He is to check the set up as per the EPO & layout.
- Coordinate with clients in respect of additional requirements on the floor during the event.
- Responsible to take the feedback from the client on succession of event.
- Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors- activities for providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
- Identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels.
- Ensuring high quality services, resulting in customer delight and optimum resource utilization for maximum service quality.
- Maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for additional business.
- Planning targets, monitoring numbers and achieving overall targets on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis to meet delivery requirements.
- Lead generation, New Market Penetration. Developing new markets and increasing the customer base.
- Writing and distributing press releases, Preparing photo shoots.
- Maintaining and updating mailing databases, Organizing and attending events and exhibitions.
- Preparing budgets and MIS reports.
