- Develop, plan, implement and drive sales strategy to deliver quarterly business goals for the zone
- Establish sales executional goals, develop plans and deliver monthly targets for the zone
- Devise and implement processes to upgrade sales competency in zone
- Ownership for complete sales revenue, costs and efficiency targets
- Hire, train, mentor and drive city heads across various cities
- Drive channel health metrics to ensure sustained exponential growth
- Coordinate and plan with cross functional operations, central teams to ensure smooth transactions
- Participates in strategic planning with corporate and communicate direction to the city teams
- Lead a pool of high performing regional manager and city heads
