Responsibilities :

1. Build and Lead the Customer Development Strategy through balancing the external industry trends and organization's strategic priorities

2. Directly responsible for managing Sales outcomes for half - country span.

3. Responsible for building and enhancing an organization's culture through inspirational leadership

4. Influence P&L through relevant line items, primary input on Top Line

5. Effective partnering with cross-functional teams to lead the long term strategy and sales delivery in an on-going basis

6. Streamline systems and procedures to maintain effectiveness and efficiency for the organization.

7. Lead the Talent agenda for the Customer Development organization and partner to build developmental interventions and plans to be taken forward for impact.

Desired Criteria :

- Education: M.B.A. from a reputed institute

- Required Years of Related Experience: 12 to 16 years
