Backed by India's biggest premium economy hotels chain, this platform is trusted by more than 1000 corporates and SMEs including Spinny, SpiceJet, Byjus and Zomato.

Founded in 2014 by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania alumni, this Delhi based company has raised more than $65Mn in funding.

As an Associate Director of Sales , you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the company's enterprise sales team. This position operates in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding business targets.

What you will do:

- Owning and delivering predictable and healthy Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)

- Engaging with top management and CXOs to drive product deployment

- Identifying potential customers and develop new business opportunities

- Converting new customers and effectively grow the existing client base

- Managing and driving the growth and margin targets for your designated geography

- Exhibiting a strong desire to build a million-dollar portfolio within 12 months, starting from zero

- Identifying relevant and profitable leads and establish long-term customer relationships

- Playing an integral role within the core team, working closely with VPs and CXOs

- Demonstrating the ability to influence the team and stakeholders

- Acquiring new customers and exceed revenue targets

What you need to have:

- At least 3 years of enterprise sales experience.

- A strong willingness to be part of a young, dynamic team that is building a disruptive and sustainable business

- Exceptional curiosity and communication skills to understand and communicate the value delivered by the company

- Proven track record of working in a hypergrowth environment and the ability to transition from zero to one and one to one hundred

- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on putting the customer first
