Job Description - Reporting to the Director, your responsibilities will include, Implementation experience and knowledge of Basel II/Base III Accord requirements and

- Using your expertise, knowledge and experience to set up the Risk practice and deliver and promote the core Financial Risk Management propositions.

- Leading business development initiatives including bid, proposal and contract/commercial negotiation

- Managing a team of KPMG professionals on client engagements and providing leadership and shape delivery approach

The Successful Candidate - You should have 10 years (Post Qualification CA, ACA, MBA, CFA) of relevant experience with an overall [perspective on Credit, Market / Treasury, Operational and Commodity Risk. Thorough understanding of the treasury / credit products. You should have deep understanding of Spot and Derivative market operations for equities, interest rate, commodities and foreign exchange products including risk management (hedging strategies) and valuation aspects of the same. Understanding of Financial Modelling and Econometrics. Ability to take an integrated approach to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). It is imperative you have thorough experience in one of the following areas:

- Experience in treasury middle office/front office preferably in a bank/corporate treasury should have understanding of policies, processes, procedures and regulatory reporting requirements and preferably should have played a role in defining them.

- Experience of Credit Policy & processes, Credit Scoring, Credit Risk Modelling, regulatory requirements and preferably should have played a role in defining them.

- Experience in Commodity Risk Management should have understanding of policies, processes, procedures and regulatory reporting requirements in commodity areas and preferably should have played a role in defining them.
