Job Description :

- Handle the revenue process of the company.

- To be conversant with the GAAP requirements surrounding revenue recognition process.

- Handle statutory and internal audit requirements pertaining to revenues and AR function.

- Proven experience in handling Revenue and Accounts Receivable functions.

- Ability to interact with stakeholders like delivery, sales, customers and other cross functional teams.

- Experience in SAP Environment preferable.

- IFRS, US GAAP, IGAAP, ASC 605

- Ensuring invoices are raised to customer on time.

- Handle month end closures by accruing unbilled services.

- Should have knowledge on accruing revenue with respect to Fixed bid Projects.

- Preparation of reports related to Revenue, Collection, Receivable, Unbilled accruals.

- Preparation of variance analysis on revenue

- Maintain database of customer and update order book position regularly

- Follow up with respective stake holders for billing the unbilled accruals and Collections overdue.

- Setup collection targets to respective stakeholders, monitor the same and ensure the targets are achieved.

- Capable of understanding and updating the indirect tax laws as applicable in US, UK, Singapore, Malaysia and India.

- Should have adequate knowledge in transfer pricing for inter-company billing.

- Track target and actuals achieved against each sales person.

- Computation of Sales incentives to eligible individuals.

- Arresting revenue leakages.
