ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for P&L, Revenue, Profitability, Marketing, recruitment and training for West India. Aggressively driving & achieving monthly Sales, Invoicing & Collections.

- Set-up & growth of franchisee channel in west region both B2B & B2C. Managing tie-ups with top developers for their projects & new launches, Consistent focus on productivity & cost in control.

- Make informed recommendations to management to ensure profitable growth.

- As a business head, continuously assess performance against plan and align strategy with day to day delivery.

- Implements real estate plans with an understanding of the client's strategic real estate goals. Assists with project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to client-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones.

- Closely tracks all Residential sales activity (commissionable and non-commissionable).

- Monitors and maintains a real estate project tracking system to ensure timely Residential sales completion. Prepares reports and makes presentations to relevant parties.

- Adheres to all state real estate agency requirements. Ensures compliance with corporate policies as they relate to identifying and mitigating potential conflicts of interest.

- Establishing budgets in tune with the corporate strategies for achieving business targets. Business planning, forecasting and analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities.

- Analyzing & reviewing the market response/ requirements and communicating the same to management for accomplishment of the business goals.

- Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.

- Identifying streams for revenue growth & developing marketing plans to build consumer preference.

- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & achieving market share.

- Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.

- Interfacing with the clients for suggesting the most viable services and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business. Managing activities pertaining to finalization of deals for smooth execution of sales & processing.

- Coordinating with the advertising agencies for designing and release of company's and the broker advertisements during the time of launch and on routine basis.
