Associate Director - Regulatory Compliance - Insurance

1. Assisting the CCO in monitoring all regulatory (as applicable to a General Insurance Company) compliances and, wherever required, with other regulatory bodies.

2. Assisting in providing end to end compliance solutioning and support to new business launches.

3. Liasioning with internal stakeholders and ensuring quality and timely feedback / response to the compliance queries raised.

4. Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the compliance, by various internal workstreams, preparation of compliance manual and regular update of the same.

5. To coordinate and assist the Statutory Auditors, Internal auditors and Regulatory Compliance Audit teams in relevant areas.

6. Liasoning with GI Council/IRDA

7. Effective implementation of IRDAI circulars, regulations, etc and continuous monitoring of compliances of the same.
