Associate Director Business Operations (Regional Manager)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for handling overall branch operations of particular regions, profit and loss analysis, productivity, cost optimization, revenue and growth manpower planning, client management and budgeting.

- Supervising and training some staff within the department

- Maintaining and operating regional data and issuing advice for compliance with program goals and policies

- Responsible for evaluating design, development and coordination of projects / process

- Lead task forces to improve service and quality

- Conducting surveys to receive input on organizational management and working on reports as needed; this includes budget, tax, P & L.

- Responsible for handling ATM, RCM, CDP and FMS operations at regional level, compliance and legal matters, service delivery, audit and vault management.

- Coordination with managed service providers, banks and effectively handling branch administration
