Associate Director - Regional HR Business Partner - Supply Chain Domain - FMCG - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD (7-10 yrs)

Reporting into the Head HRBP Supply Chain for Pan India, your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the North OR South region as a Regional HRBP Lead for the supply chain and manufacturing vertical responsible for 5+ plants and 300+ employees

- Work in a team management role with all Plant HR leads (approx. 8+ people) reporting into this role

- Develop and build strong influential relationships and HR solutions for the supply chain vertical in line with the overall people & business strategy

- Ensuring cordial Union - Management at all plants so as to make sure that plant operates smoothly & no man-days are lost due to any IR issues

- Ensuring and supervising all long term settlements, wage agreements or incentive related agreements along with the Plant Heads

- Maintain discipline w.r.t absenteeism, overtime etc. at all plants

- Ensure that all employees are availing all benefits As per the budget allotted

- To coach and challenge business leaders on all aspects of people strategy and HR related issues to raise the bar on performance across the Supply chain and manufacturing vertical

- Translate strategy in workable processes & initiatives that align and leverage interventions like Culture, Talent & Colleague on-boarding experience

- Spearhead all HR initiatives & change projects ensuring Key stakeholder management locally & globally

- Participate in the development of business strategies and ensure these are translated into practical and prioritised HR strategies that fit local needs

- Responsible for all strategic interventions and standardization of all HR practices across the plants

A successful candidate:

- You will come with 7 - 10 years of experience from premium FMCG/FMCD organizations only. Other candidates will not be considered

- Strong IR experience/Plant/Factory experience is mandatory. Proven track record of managing complex stakeholders and working in a matrix organisation is desired

- Our client is looking for a young, dynamic, passionate HR professional with a fast tracking record who can adapt with an aggressive environment

- MBA from TISS/XLRI/MDI/IMT/SCMHRD/MHROD only with specialist experience of HR business partnering for supply chain and manufacturing vertical should apply
