- Graduates with about 15+ years exclusive experience in Talent Acquisition with key focus on strategic planning, budgeting & delivery of required manpower for lateral and leadership level in varied domains, specifically in ITES / BPO industry.
- Candidate with post-graduation qualification in HR will be an added plus.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Work closely with stakeholders to determine hiring needs of the organization
- Develop and execute detailed hiring strategies (including social media) for attracting talent
- Develop and implement recruitment programs ensuring effectiveness, consistency, and compliance with overall strategic planning
- Provide expertise and thought leadership on successful talent acquisition practices
- Demonstrates innovative thinking and strategic orientation in the design and implementation of solutions
- Put in place meaningful metrics, processes, and tools to measure and continuously improve the efficiency of the recruitment team
- Effective reporting and strong recruitment analytics
- Cost Effective Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management
- Should have extensive experience in generating quality hiring volumes through strategic use of recruitment channels including vendor channels, campus bulk recruitment programs, social media hiring, referral program management etc. with large ITES/BPO organizations.
- Should be able to set-up, manage and guide recruitment teams in volume /project /bulk /lateral /leadership hiring at multiple sites in India.
- Strong demonstrated experience in delivering on shorter hiring TATs and team management skills preferred.
