ROLE SUMMARY : Reporting to the CFO, the role is key part of the leadership team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;: - Lead day-to-day operations for the reconciliation team - Identifying system issues related to reconciliation and make adjustments and improvements - Risk identification and creation of action plans to mitigate them - Develop required files, reports, and data for analysis and reporting - Support month end process &amp; audits - Recommend changes in methods or procedures to improve process efficiency - Handle escalations and resolve inter/intra departmental queries in a timely manner as required CANDIDATE PROFILE&nbsp;: - Experience of handling complex reconciliations and heavy transaction environment data - Working experience in Fintech / Consumer Internet companies - Proven ability to manage large teams EDUCATION&nbsp;: - Chartered accountant / MBA Finance with 10+ years- experience in reconciliation
