Desired Skills, Knowledge And Experience :   - CA or MBA from a reputed institute.   7-10 years of Sales & Business Experience into Real Estate Lending Business with a Bank or an NBFC  - Excellent Relationship with Large Mumbai/Thane based Developers  - Good Financial Modelling, Presentation Skills  - Team Management experience would be added advantage  Job Purpose :   - Business development and focus on 'Large Ticket Loans' to Real Estate Developers.   - Maintaining the required ROE and profitability of the overall real estate book.   Key Deliverables :   - Acquire Business for Construction finances / Refinance / Structured finance for Real Estate developers.   - Focus on Large Ticket Loans.   - In depth knowledge and experience in handling and appraising real estate funding proposals.   - Making and presenting the Appraisal Notes to risk and credit committee.   - End to End responsibility right from sourcing to Monitoring the book  - Lead a team of one or two RM's & achieve the Individual as well as Group Targets
