Designation : Associate Director - Public Relations

Overview of the role :

This role reports to the Head/VP of Corporate Communications and is responsible for operationally running the external communication agenda under the strategic direction of the Head.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute Public Relations programs that fulfills the business goals and reputation agenda of the company

- Develop and maintain relationship with key reputation influencers like media, bloggers, think tanks and columnists.

- Act as strategic advisor on media and communication issues to the senior leadership of the company

Required experience :

- Around 8 to 12 years of proven track record of leading and managing a variety of public relations program

- Should have worked in a fast paced and dynamic business and communication environment

- Past experience of working in a PR agency is a preferable

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and persuasion skills.
