Associate Director - PSU Govt Sales
Must-Have experience in SaaS Sales - PSU (Govt)
Role Description:
Location- Gurugram-WFO-5 Days
Budget- 25 LPA Fixed + Variables
We see your responsibilities:
1 Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for B2B SaaS within PSUs.
2 Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.
3 Cultivate and manage relationships with PSU stakeholders.
4 Monitor market trends and competition to optimize sales strategies.
5 Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation.
Requirements:
1 Bachelors degree; MBA is a plus.
2 Proven 8+ years of experience in Government & Enterprise Sales, Business 3 Development,
3 Key Account Management, and Client Relationship Management.
4 Specialized in Government & PSU, BFSI Sales.
5 Well-versed with Government & PSUs procurement processes.
6 Comprehensive exposure in eGovernance landscape.
7 Excellent understanding of Government Ministries/Departments/PSUs functioning and decision-making processes.
8 Expertise in business development, large deal structuring, consultative selling, solution selling, digital media, SaaS selling, etc.
9 Building key customer relationships and existing CXO-level relationships within Government, Public-sector & BFSI accounts.
