We are looking for a Business Process Improvement-centric Program Manager to provide hands-on oversight for cross-functional projects and initiatives involving process automation, business process improvement and offshore service delivery. This PM brings proven project and program management experience and is looking for an opportunity to grow in the Integrated Business Services space. This PM is passionate about driving results across multiple disciplines and has a strong track record of positive stakeholder relationship management. This emerging leader will represent ORGANIZATION internally on significant transformation projects and will be responsible for ensuring project delivery.

Program Management:

- Responsible for tracking the progress of multiple projects and initiatives across a range of disciplines (esp. Automation, Transition, and Operational Excellence)

- Engages with project managers and stakeholders to anticipate and mitigate project risk

- Works with operations, product and transition managers to understand the strategic goals for their respective platforms and to address their ongoing project management needs

- Assists Director, Operations PMO in establishing and cascading standardized project management tools and techniques throughout the organization

- Participates in ORGANISATION internal/ external business meetings to understand strategic priorities, resource demand, program issues, etc. and to ensure that underlying project management structure is aligned

- Manages the change control process and ensures that any proposed changes to project scope, methodology, budget, timeline or targeted benefits are reviewed and approved by the required members of the ORGANISATION leadership team

- Serves as a central point of escalation whenever project execution issues arise

- Manages project resourcing through internal and external partnerships

- Provides executive-level reporting on the status of all projects under his or her purview

- Monitors and reviews the progression and quality of project deliverables

Communication:

- Actively cultivates relationships with stakeholders to ensure business and delivery goals are aligned

- Understands and articulate key messages across the PMO organization to ensure consistent delivery

- Translates leadership vision into delivery excellence

- Ensures understanding of key strategies at the delivery level

- Offers insight in addition to experience to provide unique solutions

Others:

- Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.

Essential Qualifications, Training and Experience

Minimum Required:

- 5+ years managing complex programs involving process improvement, technology integration, and global service delivery projects

- Bachelor's degree in a related field required

- Relevant experience with Shared Services, BPO or Continuous Process Improvement

- Proven ability to understand strategic organizational issues and lead and influence change

- Proven experience in complex program management

- Proven experience of working across multiple geographies

- Demonstrated virtual team leadership capabilities

- Experience in managing change while delivering on client expectations

Preferred:

- 8+ years of relevant work experience

- 3+ years of management consulting experience

- PMP Certification

- Knowledge of robotic process automation market trends, opportunities and challenges

- MBA or Master's Degree

Skills and Knowledge:

Minimum Required:

- Exceptional project and program management skills

- Proven experience in stakeholder management

- Proficiency in risk mitigation planning

- Fluency in English

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and matrix environment

- Foresight to anticipate issues and risks, and proactively mitigate

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize based on strategic goals

- Ability to communicate effectively within and across all organizational levels

- Demonstrated Microsoft Office proficiency - specifically in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
