Job Description :

Position Summary :

- As part of Program Management Team, this role requires strong planning, organizing, tracking and reporting skills, Program/project management skills, with ability to engage internal stakeholders playing key role in product development, integration and customer implementation.

- The person will analyze financial data to find trends and patterns and determine where the business focus should be to increase revenue. This role will report into the Senior Vice President Engineering

Key Responsibilities :

1. Maintain Details and Track progress about project deliveries, ensure that all systems have latest updates

2. Ensure that projects meet objectives, timelines are adhered to and client experience is of high quality

3. Effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including clients etc, establish clear understanding of project expectations including on timelines, quality check measures, etc.

4. Liaise with Engineering Managers, and Product Managers on software delivery projects and ensure all systems are updated

5. Determine monthly & QOQ, billing & revenue forecast and review it with management. Build financial models to forecast revenue on real-time basis, raise alarms at right time if there is any issue in achieving revenue target.

6. Develop new strategies to achieve revenue maximization

7. Work with the department heads and company executives to plan strategies and brainstorm ideas to maximize company profits, cut costs, and deliver a better customer experience. Make recommendations regarding the services for clients or provide information based on observed market trends.

8. Automate reports and managements reporting tools.

Desired Profile :

9. MBA in finance from Tier 1/Tier 2 college preferable.

10. Strong working knowledge in tools JIRA, SharePoint, Excel, Macros

11. Strong understanding of financial metrics. Proficient in Data analytics and visualization.

12. Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

13. Knowledge of multiple delivery methodologies Agile, DevOps, TDD
