Roles Responsibilities :
- Identify white spaces in the industry and design innovative products to fill the gaps.
- Understand market requirements and translate them into product specifications.
- Define the product architecture, development roadmap, and GTM path, with a focus on user journeys and solving pain points with detailed customer validation.
- Own entire product lifecycle from Conceptualization -> Realization -> Adoption -> Impact
- Work closely with the engineering team to guide ideas and products from conception to launch.
- Drive the product roadmap by working with internal stakeholders (founders, investor team, operations team, etc) and external ones as well (customers, partners, competitors).
- Implement usage tracking and analyze patterns to validate new feature requirements.
- Continuously analyze the competitor products and help build sustainable competitive differentiation in our product offerings.
- Source and manage alliances (Lending, cards, payments) for the offerings to be made available on the platform.
