Job description/ Responsibilities/ About the Role:- - The Associate Director Product Management will be responsible for end to end ownership of our customer experience and growth initiatives covering both frontend and backend related scope in our Rummy app, - Our ideal candidate can form insights and find innovative ways to act on these insights, translate ideas into product designs, and harness the passion and energy of teams across the company to bring these designs into the world for our customers. We are looking for a proven candidate who can help shape the vision and roadmap, define the principles and framework that allows many teams to innovate quickly, and integrate these efforts into a coherent whole. - Responsibilities include scoping of business and systems requirements, writing specifications, driving project, Schedules from design to release, and managing the production launch. You will lead and coordinate, - Design/implementation efforts to develop optimal solutions. You will be expected to make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams. Qualifications:- - 5 or more years of experience in product management in an e-commerce/ OTT/ E-learning/Gaming company. - Overall 5-8 years of experience - Team management experience - Bachelors or Masters in Engineering or Business from a top tier school. - Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, ability to understand and talk technology. - Passionate about technology - pro-activeness in developing an understanding of various applications of Technology, has worked with technology teams in depth - Strong data-driven analytical skills and be able to operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity and have a track record of building successful teams.Strong passion for games and creating fun, compelling, and addictive user experiences. - A deep understanding of consumer behavior which will support product delivery from concept to implementation. - Previous start-up, gaming, consumer internet, e-commerce experienceExcellent communication skills PFA the company profile
