The Product Lead for Wireless focuses on shaping the future of Network technology architecture and implementing new products, processes, and standards across the organization. This role oversees the entire lifecycle of wireless products from evaluation to retirement. The Product Lead works closely with the Network ops/solutions and TSM teams, as well as multi-functional technology teams like Cyber Security, Cloud, and WES.

Scope:

- Define the Wireless Network Vision and drive all aspects of the Network Strategy, ensuring technology-based solutions are supported by the right architectures, systems, and operating models.

- Accountable for Global Network Services, Projects, Operations, Security, and budget.

- Partner with cross-technology teams to innovate and deploy Next Gen Wireless Network, LAN/WAN, Cloud, Security, and conferencing and collaboration technology solutions.

- Collaborate with business units to understand evolving work trends and their impact on network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the technical vision by partnering with solution product owners, Process owners, Business/ BTGs, and Enterprise Architects.

- Design end-to-end high-level Wireless Network products and processes, aligning strategic vision with engineering solutions.

- Provide thought leadership for delivering modern wireless network capabilities and ensuring a simplified user experience.

- Develop evergreen solution roadmaps and continually expand solutions and process knowledge.

- Evaluate business requirements and identify solutions integrating business, information, and technology.

- Influence portfolio investments for key technology solutions and challenge strategic direction to meet business needs.

- Manage vendors and ensure the utilization of product value.

- Expertise in Wireless network design, implementation, and emerging technologies like 5G, WiFi 6/6E.

- Plan and conduct wireless network tests, generate detailed test reports, and implement solutions in multi-tenant environments.

- Strong technical knowledge in SD-WAN, Wireless, Network Security, and high availability design.

Technology Competencies and Personal Characteristics:

- Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience with CCIE or equivalent certification.

- Excellent communication skills to explain complex technological ideas to non-technical audiences.

- Confident presenter and experienced in management of multicultural teams.

- Formulate and implement successful strategic plans aligned with security and sustainability strategy.

- Experience working with Senior IT leadership and building partnerships.

- Strong technical knowledge and ability to lead and inspire individuals.
