ABOUT THE ROLE:

The "Product Lead - WAN/LAN" role focuses on shaping the future of Network technology architecture and embedding new products, processes, and standards across the organization. The role owner will oversee the entire product lifecycle from Evaluation to Retire, working closely with various teams to ensure strategic plans and roadmaps become reality.

Scope:

- Define the Network vision and drive all aspects of the Network Strategy.

- Accountable for Global Network Services, Projects, Operations, Security, and budget.

- Partner with cross-technology teams to deliver innovation and deployment of new Network, Cloud, Security, and conferencing technology solutions.

- Collaborate with business units to understand evolving work trends requiring network infrastructure support.

Responsibilities:

- Actively lead the technical vision by partnering with various stakeholders.

- Own end-to-end high-level design of Network products, aligning with strategic vision.

- Provide strategic leadership for delivering modern network capabilities.

- Ensure evergreen solution roadmaps support groundbreaking change.

- Continually expand solutions and process knowledge, improving benefits.

- Evaluate business requirements and identify solutions to solve specific problems.

- Influence portfolio investments for key technology solutions.

- Provide thought leadership to challenge and influence strategic direction.

- Own vendor management to fully utilize product value.

Expertise:

- CCIE or equivalent certification with 15 years of relevant experience.

- Excellent communication skills to explain complex technological concepts.

- Demonstrated management experience of multicultural teams.

- Formulation and implementation of successful strategic plans.

- Experience working with Senior IT leadership.

- Ability to build and maintain partnerships.

- Strong technical knowledge in SD-WAN, Network Security, and high availability design.
