Associate Director - Product Head - Analytics Firm

It is global role and the incumbent will be responsible for creating a strong product roadmap for our client and execute the same through their team. He/She should be able to foresee the environment and take decisions basis business needs.

Key expectations from this role are:

- Understand clients product platform - for Life Sciences, Financial Services and Retail verticals and develop vision, strategy & roadmap for ongoing execution and scale-up

- Ability to communicate and align all relevant stakeholders on vision, strategy & roadmap for the client

- Own execution of roadmap for the 3 verticals

- Build top notch technology/product team with global mind set by evaluating current resources to identify gaps & areas for change and improvement

The candidate should be well versed in technology infrastructure and lead the technology/product team to deliver superior outcomes. He/She should partner with the sales team to take the product to market and pitch to prospective clients.

One will collaborate with the executive team to assess and recommend technologies in support of client's product needs. He/She is expected to stay on top of the current trends, information technology in use, emerging technologies, technologies of competitors and new practices.

Proactively manage business outcomes by integrating 4 I's - Data Infrastructure, Insights from providing real time visualization of data, Intelligence from predicting behavioural change for each customer or groups and Interventions that can be personalized providing recommendations for how to achieve the necessary outcomes.

- Experience in developing, leading and managing a team

- Conversant with Platform as a Service

- Proven experience in creating new technology service offerings

- Creation of wireframes, site maps and user-flows for web and mobile applications

- Code the front-end and back-end platforms yourself

- Able to manifest different ways, such as partner ecosystems enabled through APIs, industry benchmarks aggregated from customer data, etc.

- Good to have knowledge in - Financial Services, CPG or Healthcare technology platforms

- 10+ years- experience in product development and solutions

- Masters or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field from a top school

- Strong verbal and written communications skills required
