Associate Director / Director Location : Mumbai Reporting to: CEO Key Responsibilities : - Assess and craft a Digital strategy and execution roadmap for enterprise digitization and consumer facing digital - Lead vertical bridging technology and business building capability, to better address moments across the consumer decision journey. - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights - Benchmark current digital properties, including web, mobile, social, digital marketing and data capture/utilization vs best-practices within and outside the asset management industry - Identify and prioritize key gaps to be filled in achieving our vision, including capabilities, organization and technology - Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points - Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels - Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners - Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Educational Qualifications : B.
