Associate Director - Procure to Pay Process - FMCG

Responsibilities :

- Oversee day to day Procure to Pay Process activities to meet SLA/KPI requirements for service

- Build up processes with world class performance

- Bottle amortization management

- Lead team handle employees and vendor master data maintenance

- Lead team handle employee T&L audit and journal entry

- Lead team handle 3rd party expense audit and journal entry

- Lead team handle down payment and cash in advance audit and journal entry

- Lead team handle material related payment audit and journal entry

- Lead team handle internal & external vendor reconciliation

- Lead team handle procurement quotation audit and master contract maintenance

- Lead team to handle procurement process after sourcing, including place PO and the following interface with other functions, like Logistics, Finance, Warehouse, etc.

- Oversee team performance to ensure productivity levels in compliance with service level agreements

- Ensure proper internal controls in BSC ensuring no material weaknesses possible, and MICS compliance

- Manage the Macro Process budgets within each fiscal year

- To ensure customer satisfaction by effectively communicating and helping to meet the customers needs and serve as the escalation point for customers

- To perform processing of complex transactions

- Ensure alignment to Macro Processes, Risk Management, Routine Management with Global BSC

- Implement T&M process & KPIs for BSC routines

- Take the ownership of project from operation perspective

- Analyze and solve problem via PDCA methodologies

- Team management

- EP management

- Ensure PTP operation meet requirement of Excellent Program;

- Ensure all the team use right methods to get good results according to Excellent Program;

Experience :

- 5 - 10 years management experience is must

- At least 10 years experience in finance & accounting is must

- Experience in change management/project management would be beneficial
