Associate Director - Principal Solutions Architect

- Setting the vision, gathering requirements, gaining business consensus, performing requirement evaluations, mentoring business and development resources, assistance in delivering highly scalable solutions, training, and documentation

- Primary responsibility is to understand, design and manage solution engineering and create solutions for business problems using information technology.

- Work closely with other Architects/ Practice groups / clients to design systems and programs that create technological solutions and implementation plans.

- Create Implementation plans for technological software solutions that will help developers build and deploy.

- Finding solutions that fit the business environment, taking product constraints into consideration and meeting stakeholder's expectations.

- Identify the right technology stack.

- Responsible for ensuring that the solution delivered to clients are engineered in accordance with corporate architecture and infrastructure standards.

- Collaborating with pursuit team, external partners and do value proposition in proposal responses and client orals.

- Will closely work, with sales teams, Pre-sales teams and interact with Client and other stakeholders on new business opportunities.

- Interpret and translate client needs/challenges into technology solutions in open-source stack.

Requirements:

- 15+ years of relevant experience In IT services

- The ideal candidate should have experience in customer facing and leading deep technical architecture discussions and development of POCs, with an ability to converse with senior customer executives, Enterprise Architects and other technical teams.

- Experience on Enterprise Solutions on Various Microsoft technologies like ASP.Net, .Net Core, C#, Sharepoint, Office 365 technologies etc., and also Azure/AWS/GCP Cloud.

- Well versed with Multi Architecture Frameworks and frameworks along with design patterns

- Experience of developing and Architecting Enterprise solutions

- Experience in integrating complex and large systems.

- Experience in Various cloud technologies architecting, solutioning for both on premise and cloud. Setting up recommendations for moving applications from on premise to cloud.

- Proficient knowledge in well guided architecture principles.

- Driving the technology framework road map for the growth of organization

- In depth knowledge of open-source technology frameworks, micro services architectures, and multiple databases

- Knowledge or experience with multiple integration tools and technologies

- Knowledge of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Exposure to agile development methodologies/DevOps practices.
