This role is for a well know Media Company.

Job Purpose

- Formulation and implementation of Pricing Model/Algorithm to optimum revenue generation.

- Managing and improving ARO for better price efficiency and revenue maximisation.

- Analyse internal revenue data for management queries. Create management presentations to suggest solutions for improving revenues

- Annual Revenue planning.

Key Performance Indicators

- Adequate knowledge of Adv pricing methods and Business Analysis.

- Proficient in Ms-Office & quantitative skills and ability to deal with large amounts of data with VBA / Power BI.

- Good presentation skill.

Key Accountabilities

Application Management (ARO) and Pricing Analytics (Network)

- Identifying ideal pricing structures and sales funnels.

- Working closely with vendor to improve ARO (pricing software) for better pricing efficiency of deals.

- Ensuring smooth execution of deals through ARO with periodic modifications in process and current algorithms. Working as a liaison between Vendor and IT application to facilitate the smooth execution of deals and to deploy technical changes.

- Managing and Improving ARO to reduce turnaround time. Formulate and implement advanced Pricing models and algorithms to increase channel Rates.

- Ensuring all modifications are done beforehand for any process or FPC change and launch of a new channel.

- Creating reports to evaluate performance of channels in terms of pricing/price efficiency/utilisation of inventory / dependence, etc. Digging out concern areas that need correction/action.

- Creating and presenting periodic and ad-hoc presentations with respect to Pricing / Revenue performance insights & opportunities of revenue enhancement.

- Scoping out opportunities based on market trends and industry condition. Forecasting demand of volume / GRPs and recommending strategies to monetize all revenue opportunities expected to arise in future.

Revenue Analytics :

- Revenue analysis: Analyze revenue data making reports with insights and recommendations for management.

- Forecasting of Revenue & Segmentation for critical analysis.

- Network Revenue planning: Making annual plan with close coordination with Sales, Programming, Finance and Genre teams.

- Work on Management presentation with respect to Pricing/Revenue performance/ opportunities of revenue enhancement.

Essential: 7+ years of experience in strategy/pricing analytics.

Desirable : Adequate knowledge of Revenue streams of media/television.
