VP Presales & Solutioning (Mortgage / BFSI) for an MNC BPO, Bangalore

Job Summary :

The Associate Director, Solutions Architecture will be a single point of ownership and accountability on all solution related elements specific to an assigned pursuit. This individual will act as a conduit between Client Facing Teams (Sales / SMEs/ Product Managers) and other business enabling functions in the organization. The individual will support assigned pursuits - both Proactive and Reactive

Knowledge, Skills & Ability:

1. Prior experience either on the KPO side (Mortgage Processing/Servicing/Title) and/ or

2. Mortgage domain experience

3. Prior Pre Sales experience

4. Good communication Skills - Both Written and Verbal

5. Ability to work in an unstructured environment with minimal pre-defined rules

6. Ability to cope with high pressure and tight timeline requirements

7. Flexibility to span different types of work - Transactional to consulting

8. Excellent in MS office package - PowerPoint, Excel, Word

Responsibilities :

1. Preparation of presentations/case studies/collaterals about the products the products and services offered for the usage of sales department

2. Coordinate & respond to RFIs, RFPs, Proposals

3. Ensure that the quality of documents / responses is top notch

4. Competitor analysis, market study

5. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving and coordinating with all relevant stakeholders while ensuring feasibility

6. Coordinate Client visits/ Due Diligence and own outcomes

7. Manage Proactive initiatives around cross sell, campaign management, etc.

8. Manage & Coordinate Pricing and Contracting requirements specific to pursuits

9. Providing guidance to the team members / responsible for the overall effectiveness of the team

10. Responsible for monthly reporting and development of management reports

1. Willingness to work in Night Shifts

2. Willingness to work on weekends based on requirement
