Associate Director/P&L Head - Loans/Fintech Unicorn

We have an Opportunity to anchor the P&L for the Loans business- starting with Unsecured and Cards

- Work with the head of Banking on creating a plan to launch the Asset business for the company

- Work with Product teams to ensure the product has the features and UX to capture market share

- Work with the risk team to ensure smooth customer experience

- Work with Operations team to ensure - an excellent customer journey

- Targets on both topline and bottomline

- Get alliances functional and expand them

Person profile :

- 6- 12 years experience in Banking/ NBFC / Fintech

- Excellent experience We in creating a business

- Objective driven person who is able to work with multiple stakeholders to get the business moving from Ground

- We need an entrepreneurial mindset

- Experience in Digital / Tech / App is essential
